101 lbs. down and I’ve tried ever diet in the book for weight loss. Balancing 7 hormones changed EVERYTHING!

Before 20/30 I have to admit I was in a state of denial. I weighed at least 315 lbs., probably more. I thought I was eating healthy, I thought I could lose the weight on my own, heck I even thought I was “a little heavy, but not that bad.”

20/30 helped me correct my diet, the supplements provided the edge I needed to get the show on the road. I lost over 40 lbs in the initial 30 days, and after 172 days, I haven’t stopped losing yet! 101 lbs. gone.

At the beginning of the 30 days I was  on 4 diabetes medications, two of which were very expensive. Now I take 1/2 the dose of one of those! (and its one of the cheap ones). Blood pressure wasn’t ever too bad, but I’ve cut back to 1/2 of the dose now. My cholesterol, A1c and blood pressure all down, significantly. Not to mention, fewer doctor’s office bills!

The 20/30 was the easiest program I’ve done, and I tried ALL of them. It was structured so that there was little doubt or confusion as to what or how much I could have. The foods were not special foods, they were all locally bought, and foods I had been eating before. Sure I was a little hungry at first, but again the supplements made it do-able. Most “diets” don’t want you to step on the scales every day, usually once a week at the most. 20/30 says every day, and when you are seeing positive results, you can’t wait to step on that scale!

When people ask me how I lost the weight and I tell them, the first question is “is it expensive?” How do you answer that? No, its not expensive, what is your health worth? For an absolute proven method to lose significant weight and inches, to save on medications, and improve your life in ways you didn’t think possible. No, it is not expensive. Now is the time, not tomorrow, not the first of the month, but now! It sounds so cliche, but if I can do it, anyone can. I have had friends that I thought, naw they won’t do it, well, the last one lost 40 lbs.

This works, there isn’t any easier way to explain it. I have gone from 3 XL shirts to XL, from 46 waist jeans to a loose 38. I have ran in and completed a 10k and a 5K race. This is probably TMI but I don’t sweat like crazy anymore. Overall, I have more energy, alertness and I just feel better.
